So sometimes you just have to take advantage of sunny, February days in Portland and head downtown to go fly a kite on the

For only $1, you can have the experience of a lifetime and ultimately become a master of kite flying....and you can also re-live your childhood experience which is what we did with our Mickey Mouse Clubhouse kites. Unfortunately we never mastered kite flying but we did have fun enjoying the sun and the waterfront.
